FEEDBACK FROM OUR CLIENTS

Before Safe Care we lacked SOP’s, policies, a quality improvement team, personnel files and finance management skills. We now have all the above in place in addition to having a better complaints’ receiving procedure, we have regular CMEs and also have a much better organization structure with an advisory board. Our facility now meets the requirements expected of us such as paying taxes, reporting and offering our staff refresher trainings. We have moved from level 1 when we started Safe Care to level 4 after the recent advanced assessment.

We were at level 2 when we started Safe Care and now at level 3 because of the continuous support from the Safe Care team that ensured we finalized activities that we had half done. We can proudly say, we have SOPs, policies, hold regular CMEs and we are better placed in the human resource management. Our waste segregation and infection prevention has greatly improved at the facility and we are now offering a wide range of quality services.
