Program Assistant
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science majoring in Gender and Development, and currently a candidate for Project planning. she has good knowledge and experience in programs and project management. she has 4 years of work experience within the community engagement activities with considerable involvement in program coordination, partner networking and research.
In capacity of Program Assistant, Lydia is supporting the Uganda Health System Strengthening (UHSS) and Strengthening Supply Chain Systems (SSCS) activities to establish functional linkages and mechanisms through which program activities are being implemented in private health facilities to improve on health status in the private sector Facilities.
Lydia worked as diversity and inclusion Volunteer with Global learning for Sustainability to improve on the gap in the different sectors and also worked as a field assistant for Assist Project Funded by USAID supporting the USAID Maternal Newborn Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN).
