NUPAS (Needs, Utilization, and Performance Assessment):


This needs assessment helped UHF identify gaps and unmet needs in service delivery to UHF stakeholders by analyzing service utilization patterns, and evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives. The assessment offered data-driven insights to guide resource allocation and program planning. As a result UHF found it created targeted interventions that address specific gaps and improve service quality to UHF members, staff and stakeholders. The assessment also allowed UHF to improve on evidence-based advocacy, with robust evidence.

OSCAR (Organizational Capacity Assessment for Responders):
This tool assessed organizational capacity, including governance, management, financial, and technical aspects. This self-Reflection enabled UHF to understand strengths and weaknesses within the organization. It guided our strategic planning to identify areas for improvement and prioritize further internal resource capacity-building efforts. This resulted in enhanced efficiency, optimal resource utilization and enhanced overall performance.

OCIA (Organizational Capacity Index Assessment):
UHF strengthened organizational : capacity to improve resource Allocation efficiency based on capacity gaps. The resulting improved accountability meant UHF was better positioned to transparently demonstrate progress to stakeholders. These assessments have empowered UHF to make informed decisions, strengthen the organizations, and ultimately confidently implement funded activities enhanced impact capacity.
